  1. Preheat oven to 350F or 170C. Lightly grease your tin with coconut oil (any oil that you have used).
  2. In a bowl mix mashed bananas, milk, oil, vanilla extract and sugar either by hand or mixer on medium speed.
  3. In a separate bowl mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Add the wet ingredients into dry ingredients, slowly until just combined with rubber spatula. Don't over mix the batter. Mix in the vinegar after this.
  5. Transfer the batter into your container (loaf or muffin moulds). Sprinkle some oats on top of it with some brown sugar for presentation. Bake for 25-30 minutes or till your knife or toothpick comes out clean (mine were done in 20 minutes so keep a check).
