- Prepare 2 blocks of tofu, diced.
- Prepare 1 of cucumber, seeded and diced.
- You need 100 gr of bean sprouts, remove the roots and boiled.
- Prepare of SAMBAL SAUCE.
- You need 10 of cayenne peppers.
- Prepare 3 of red chillis.
- It’s 1 of garlic.
- You need 1 tsp of shrimp paste.
- Prepare 200 gr of brown sugar.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of tamarind.

Kejibeling Salad (RUJAK BELING) step by step
- Clean the kecibeling leaves. They can be boiled first, or left fresh, thinly sliced.
- Fry tofu along with the garlic until browned and cooked well. Remove and drain.
- SAMBAL SAUCE: Mash cayenne chilis, red chilis, garlic, shrimp paste, salt, sugar and tamarind until smooth. If too thick, you can add a little water.
- Put kecibeling leaves and sprouts at the base of the plate. Pile the tofu and cucumber on top.
- Top with the sauce and sprinkle roasted peanuts. Ready to eat!.
