- Cut the tofu in pieces.
- Prepare the marinate. Add soya sauce, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Mix well.
- Marinate the tofu for 1-2 hours (keep in fridge) and cook tofu in the grill till it's cooked.
