  2. Prepare 1½ Tablespoons of Oil.
  3. You need ½ Teaspoon of Cumin seeds.

  5. It’s 4 – 5 of Garlic (Finely Chopped).
  6. It’s 2 of Chillies Dried Kashmiri.

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds and saute for couple of minutes.
  3. Add onions, garlic, dried kashmiri chillies. Saute till onions becomes golden brown.
  4. Add cumin powder and chilli powder. Mix everything well.
  5. Now add shrimps and yogurt. Mix everything till they incorporate well. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add coconut milk powder and cook for another 5 minutes till the masala gets dry.
  7. Serve it as a side dish with chappathis or rice.
